They gave me a Window of 12 Hours (7AM – 7PM) and I waited and waited. Then I was given an update of (1PM – 5PM) and I still waited and waited, still no show. After contacting your customers Services, I was informed that the Tech. was at my door, CLEARLY A LIE! No one showed up!! After speaking to the Customer Service agent, the BEST they could do was rescheduled me for a LATER date, (8 days later then when I was promised and paid for!!) and still with a 12-hour window. WOW! What a service, very disappointing for such a Great name as Best Buy. So, as I wait again, I am not satisfied with this service.

I contacted customer care to ask if I could get a refund or price adjustment since the product’s price dropped to nearly half within a month of my purchase. However, I received inconsistent information from different associates — one told me to visit the store to have the product rebilled, while another said it was ineligible for any refund. Their instructions were unclear and very frustrating.
