The LG TV has fantastic picture quality. Because it has so many capabilities and options, it has been somewhat of a challenge to set up; but the performance of the TV makes it worth it.

When I purchased a laptop, the sales person suggested I buy the Plus membership. Then weeks after the laptop purchase it went on sale. I contacted BestBuy and since I had the plus membership I was refunded the sale price. Not only did it pay for the membership but I also saved $300 extra. I would recommend the Plus membership if you’re buying big ticket items since the window for a refund is longer than regular.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the Best Buy Plus membership. Extended returns and price match opportunities as well as many deals just for members. I’ve even had Best Buy Employees tell me that the price I’ve gotten some items from a membership deal is lower than employee pricing! There’s no doubt in my mind that I’ll continue to keep this membership and buy products from Best Buy. 10/10 would recommend it to friends and family.

I would say this membership is only useful if you spend a lot at Best Buy, and/or are purchasing gifts months before big events or holidays. It’s not often that my desired items are on an exclusive plus/total membership deal. I can see spending $30 a year, but $50 feels a bit excessive. Besides my critics, I do enjoy the benefit of the 60 days return/exchange period as I am procrastinate a lot. I often see a lot of customers try to return their items well out of the 15 day return period. This membership would be mostly beneficial to these types of people.

Worth the few bucks it costs. I've saved more than the fee already and it's only been about a month.

Bought the membership with my LG G6 TV in case the price drops or if I nee to return it - the membership extends the return period to 60 days. I'm also keeping an eye on the price as I'll get the difference if it goes on sale.

Having the membership has been a good experience overall. My only critique is after purchasing a laptop during a doorbuster event, I received a notification that I earned $25 for the purchase. After not receiving an email, I contacted Best Buy via chat and was told the $25 is only applied as a credit for those who have the Best Buy credit card. It didn’t say anything about this when I received the notification in the app, so this was confusing and disappointing at the same time. Other than that, the membership has been great so far, and I’ve purchased several other items at Best Buy.

Anyone who is trying to figure out what kind of computer to get or anything like that or even whatever from Best buy get it it's worth it 60 day return extension and only thing to look out for is when you purchase stuff offline or whatever make sure that it's actually from Best buy and not from someone else otherwise it doesn't really do much

It is ok, but staff is not well informed about it, just to sell it they provide some information. We got a ‘welcome gift’ with plus membership related to a canvas bag printed by Shutterfly, I was very exited to get it, it was impossible , never got the email with code, after several attempts following instructions. So, we went ahead to store at the Fountains -like it says to do so- and asked for help… NON of staff members new anything about membership plus at all, easily they wrote me a phone number to deal with, I though ‘NO Thank You, I will rather buy a canvas bag on my own without this hassle, so I dropped the idea of the free canvas bag, it was disappointing, I think there’s nothing good to offer something to others and not honor the word. Better not to offer anything. I just hope we don’t get to need one of the ‘help’ payed in the membership for something really important.

It's nice to have something unfortunately you have to pay extra to have to be able to get discounts it's really getting bad in this world when you have to pay extra just to have a discount for maybe a freaking dollar every time you go into the store

At the old price of $49.99, this membership was worth it. Now, at a discounted $29.99, it’s a no-brainer. Get access to items on members only sales ahead of a regular sale, or the monthly lineup of super discounted items for less than a coffee a month, the membership ends up paying for itself when you add all the discounts you will have earned.

Great picture. Almost looks 3D. It takes a bit of set-up to get things where I want them but that's to be expected. Don't like the remote but that seems to be the normal consensus. That pointer thing is kind of a pain.....

I have had Best Buy Plus for over 2 years. I can recommend it for its affordability and options as the basic plan. The only critique I have is that maybe they could include 1 year warranty for all things bought with Plus, just like the upper tiers. Regardless, the deals are great as a Plus member and I will continue to use the service for the coupons and deals they offer regularly.

I was initially hesitant about acquiring this membership, but I am now very pleased with my decision. I purchased a computer in December of 2025, and unfortunately, it ceased functioning just two months later. The membership greatly simplified the exchange process, making it entirely straightforward. I was able to trade it for another one, and I continue to have peace of mind knowing the membership is in place. I will certainly recommend it to everyone!

I’m not a warranty guy, so extending the return to 60 days gives me enough time to trial the product and make sure it’s working properly. Ended up having to return a PC and would have run out of time if not for the membership. I was also able to price match a product after the purchase and couple weeks later during a Best Buy sale, and got credit towards my account.
