||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could give negative Stars I would. The "helpful sales assistant" WAS EVERYTHING BUT HELPFUL. They tried talking my wife into buying a washer when she r told them not without my husband, in just looking. Than she was told if you get this LG the subscription to BEST BUY PLUS 8s included and will save you $50. She had to go back to the store twice that day to be explained the receipt but only came away more confused. In the end the total was less than expected after her 3rd visit and adjusting, which should not have had to be done. Yes I saved, but in January when I returned a laptop and bought Galaxy ear pods I ended up losing between $90-$140 because he did the exchange and purchase of the earpods. Than he told me the software can't be returned to the store. Manager said to call after wasting 40 minutes going this now wait on the phone or on line for another 30 to maybe get a resolution??m

I understand employee was terminated because of frequent customer complaints. I was reimbursed for the radio but not the install charges, do as a customer I am out a radio install no fault of mine
