We recently took the membership while purchasing a new Television. We got access to Black Friday deals early, it was a real value deal , we were provided with membership discounts as well. We were also given some cashback which can be used for our future purchases. Overall its a great value

We purchase enough products from Best Buy that having a membership provides additional support for the items that matter to us and gives me peace of mind.

Associates explained everything to me. Benefits pay off. I’ve already found deals that I got to take advantage of after my purchase. I think it’s worth it.

As someone who shops at Best Buy first for all electronics needs, whether that be personal or business needs (Hotel Management). Best Buy plus brings many perks. Such as free Two-Day shipping, exclusive discounts and an extended return window. All three of these have been super useful, if I need to add in a new TVs for some of my Rooms, I got a new TVs in two days. If I get a defective TV or any electronic item I bought and or it started messing up after 30 days? Easy exchange or return. Even the discounts on TVs or even the heavy discounts on Apple Products (our family owned Business runs on Apple Products) is absolutely useful in saving us money and putting it towards where it needs to go! As a business owner or even just regular Best Buy Customer, this is really just a quality of life decision. You will enjoy the perks and feel more confident in your purchases!

A must when purchasing expensive appliances! Geek Squad all the way!

The geek swad is amazing they helped me when I needed help with my lap top, turns out the laptop I had was old and out dated so they recommended me to a new one

The membership fee was reasonable with excellent benefits. Geek squad hauled our old TV away, excellent perk.

After a year with Best Buy’s membership, I’d say it’s worth it if you shop there often. The free 2-day shipping, extended return window, and exclusive discounts were genuinely useful. I saved money on a few big purchases and appreciated the convenience. However, the annual fee is steep, and some perks feel underwhelming if you're not a frequent tech buyer. If you're only making occasional purchases, it might not be worth it. Bottom line: Great for regular shoppers, but casual buyers should think twice before renewing.

The Best buy staff were excellent in helping me select the appropriate television. The delivery crew were efficient and. On this rainy delivery day a box housing the TV leaned against the wall incurring a stain. The service man was very apologetic and cleaned it thoroughly. The setup of the TV was pretty straightforward.

Depends how much of tech products you use on a daily basis

Phil did a good job coming out to my house on assessing what I would need for my audiovisual needs. The geek squad also did a great job. Very friendly, professional and made sure the work was done correctly. The gentleman who programmed my universal remote also did a great job. So far, I am pleased with the experience and it is worth the cost.

Good deal on membership. However I wish there were better deals on the products, more items with special pricing with members.

I am able to receive discounted offers on products and better discount on holiday sales. More time to return items for a cheaper price on days of a sale.

At the time that I got the membership, I had no idea what it was now as I have become a member I don't know how people don't apply for membership I Had piece of mind knowing that services That one can use is as good as anything available out their.

Gives you longer to return something, and maybe has a few items a little cheaper as a result, but having to pay for that privilege seems like another way companies are just looking out to gouge consumers. I would give it 3 stars, but the only reason why I give it 4 is this is just the world we live in now. Without this charge, retailers like Best Buy would just lose against the Amazons of this new world. So, if you want to touch/feel/play with the products before you buy, you need to have the Best Buys still around.
