||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Lenovo laptop I bought only a year and a half later, without incurring any damage at all, BOTH charging ports stopped working, it died. I gave it to Geek Squad. I got an estimate to fix it MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE COMPUTER. I was FURIOUS. I am still furious. I got them to ONLY replace the motherboard, which now is less than what I paid, but it’s still way too much to fix something on a lemon computer that, again, I only bought a year and a half ago, now ALMOST what I paid for it new. I am NOT a happy Best Buy customer, and I might never buy a laptop - or ANYTHING - from Best Buy again (And I am a LONG time customer of BB, since the 90s)
