My salesperson was quite aggressive in pushing it at me, but I haven't seen a penny worth of discount since, and the 'deals' I saw online were not very good. I was lead to believe I got a special discount on the day I bought it, but I'm not so sure. Now I'm really dubious of any membership offer from Best Buy.

The salesman said a $49.99 membership would only be $9. So the receipt for the tv was much less due to the discount, (which is what mom paid me for) but I ended up with a $49.99 membership which was impossible to cancel. A week later, I thought I'd see if the membership brought me a discount while buying a new iPhone. Sat there for an hour waiting for someone to help me. When a salesperson finally showed up, she wasn't qualified to connect me to AT&T, Worthless and infuriating. Heading to Apple as soon as I have another free day.

Although the staff at the store were very helpful, I have concerns about the security of my information with the parent company. Also, the web site is so cluttered, I found it very difficult to navigate through the products I wanted to browse.
