WORTHLESS NON PLUS!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apparently you receive promotional rewards for purchases. I received $250. 5 x $50 reward certificates. I purchased three items. I decided I didn’t need Two of them (sound bar and antenna). I returned them to the store and was told I would be reissued the certificates within the week. BUT NO. After an complex investigation of the issue both on line and in store. I was told no they don’t reissue. So essentially I took $125.00 worth of merchandise back to the store with no credits back. If your company is running these promotions, all employees should be are of this. FOR EXAMPLE: I should have been told that I would not be reissued the certificates. Obviously if I got no ‘credit’- certificate I would have kept the items. (Any idiot could understand that.). SO an effort to give perks to Best Buy Plus members, turn out to be a mega negative! A horrendous public relations nightmare. I have spent over $50,000 Over the years at Best Buy.over $13,000 this year alone. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!
