Trying to cancel the membership online always gives a fake "we ran in to an issue" and forces you to contact customer support to cancel so that they can try to persuade you to keep the membership. This is not how memberships should work. Learn from Amazon's example.

My frustration lies in Best Buy allowing me to have 2 different accounts Plus and Total accounts. I asked for the upgrade to Total, but was charged for both. Now that i have firgured that out, tech support cannot help me merge my accounts. They did try, but im told someone will email me for further support. In the mean time i cannot log into my account,make changes, make appointments. Im stuck in a loop hole of reseting my password and not receiving the text notifications. Further, not i cannot easly set appointments. I have to pick up a laptopbut will have to wait several hour in line. I livetoo far away to just drive in and set and appointment. This is frustrating and costly.

Not much use to me
