I used to get $5 certificates in earlier years after this membership bestbuy stopped sending those. Being a member is a punishable offense. I purchased this when there were a promo with $50 off for home&kitchen but that promo expired so quickly. I didnt even have the chance to see any expiration date on that. After that its always the promos of 3% discount which is a joke. No early access to any deals I am interested. Ordered an open-box excellent item which is cancelled. Then same item as open-box put back again with higher prices. bestbuy plus does not offer any special customer service either.

I was told I would get a discount on other items and have yet to find an item I am interested in with a discount. After buying it, I bought a small kitchen appliance, TV, gaming controllers video games, laptop of which none of those categories offered an anything I could use my membership with.
