The delivery was smooth and on schedule. The 75" Hisense TV was setup quickly and easily with a little help from family members. This purchase was made after signing up for My Best Buy Plus membership. I have been very satisfied with whole process.

My only issue is that I can't seem to find out how to redeem the 100-dollar gift card that the salesmen told me we got with the purchase

I purchased a 48-inch OLED Samsung TV after my 42-inch basic TV failed under warranty but could not be repaired. The Best Buy warranty process is quite involved and I needed the assistance of a Best Buy " Premium Advisor" to complete the sale. It required several return visits to the store but was eventually successful.

The extra return time is key for tech dudes. Don't hesitate if you are in Best Buy once a month.

My Best Buy Plus Membership - I have to give my sales person full credit. When he told me of the cost benefit versus the great value and return on investmet with 90 days to evaluate your product, and not the 30 days return option. Plus I've saved even more because of a two day membership price that I wouldn't have benefited without it, Saved over $300 dollars on my purchase, with just this one benefit. The best part is, if you don't use it, Best Buy will return your $50 investment. Highly recommend having a Best Buy Plus Membership

[Employee of bestbuy] Best Buy Plus is a great membership deal. It provides 2 months worth of time to try each product you purchase and return it if you want to for a full refund. The membership pricing isnt usually crazy but the deals best buy provides in general are pretty good. Better than any other store tbh. But those membership deals add up over time. Definitely get this if you are a best buy regular.

Best by plus has a good value if you take advantage of its offerings. The quite large intro price does pay itself off and more if you are big into tech like I am. Lots of propinquity

Good investment for our lifestyle. Able to recover the annual membership fee via discounts and promos. Main feature is 60 day return window which permits a meaningful evaluation period and ability to purchase gifts without feeling rushed.

The Samsung 55" tv I purchased is defective and not even 30 days old.

Membership is a benefit, but it is not always easy or smooth to access the assistance needed. There is the need to schedule and WAIT for that appointment, hoping to receive assistance from staff that can communicate effectively with me.

I was very pleased with my customer experience in purchasing a refrigerator in February 2024. Although the refrigerator arrived severely damaged, the delivery technician was so helpful by immediately contacting Best Buy customer service to ensure I got a replacement. In the meantime, he installed the smashed unit so that I had a Working refrigerator until the replacement arrived. The email instructions for preparing for the delivery were thorough, and scheduling delivery was efficient. Customer service representatives were courteous and helpful. Return policy is EXCELLENT.

It took a long time for me to dive in and actually get the Best Buy membership. It’s pretty nice. The 60 day return window/price matching is what really sold it for me.

This membership is a great deal for me because it allows me to save money and excellent service for any items that I purchase.

I like the value of having the 2 day shipping and priority access to sales and events. I have also saved some money with membership exclusive pricing. If Best Buy is one of your go to places for your tech purchases this is a good value.

Although I was roped into it by a store representative and I am unsure if I can get a pro-rated cancellation since my purchase w/ price match depended on this membership remaining active, I think they do offer good perks as members.

I had a most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson (Stanley) at Best But. Also George, the manage, also courteous and helped with good information to signup for membership to get great perk such as free delivery. Stanley patiently answered my questions and found price matched rates and completed orders seamlessly.
