This this was made totally worthless my poor customer service and a useless app. The app would error when I tried to get rid of it myself and even when I asked support to cancel it never was done and I had to go in the store myself. That aside, I only got it in preparation for a PS5 Pro you refused to sell me after waiting in the que for over 4 hours so I had to buy one from Gamestop. I had to go in person which was a lot of hastle so Im still annoyed about that day. When it was sold to me I was told the membership would cost me $15 which was a lie. As when I checked my account and receipt $50 was charged for this useless membership. I only got $14 99 back which is a rip off and I deeply regret signing up for this thing. I was not even able to get my giftcard in the end for spending over $200-300 because you would not sell me the PS5 Pro.

Save your money, this membership is trash. Best Buy offered me a deal with this membership, I happily accepted it as it was Buy Two Switch games Get One free. I preordered 3 copies of Super Mario Wonder in August, then in September Best Buy went into my order and altered it to add some posters by deleting my original preorder and making a new order of 3. Doing this, they deleted the deal and refused to give me the One Free copy saying that the could not change anything since the deal was in August and they could not give me a free copy since I was getting a poster. So instead they asked me to pay for all 3 copies. I cancelled my order and will no longer shop as this store that offers a deal only to change it on you later on.
