Best Buy cancelled my order the day before scheduled to be delivered so had to repurchase and set up another delivery date. Finally decided to purchase from another store. After several calls and misinformation to customer serve in order to get a refund I had to request 2 checks from 2 different departments. Definitely not worth the hassle

I have 3 items still in the box that I purchased but cannot install because Best Buy support can't figure out how to apply my 2 year warranty.
