Every time I tried to use them there was a problem. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Best Buy. Each time, the rewards are supposedly usable and then they say they expired in December when Best Buy on the phone said they made them good til this June. It beyond frustrating. I have several large purchases coming and I won’t be using Best Buy. You ripped me off of $600 worth of rewards. I work at a property management company we we are going to quit using best bay at the company also.

Due to lower prices in other stores, I planned to do a price match, but the store manager refused to give me the membership discounts, saying it was double dipping. So, I decided to cancel the membership.
