I kept thinking if I typed on it long enough it would snap back into place or self correct but it has yet to do so. Your Geek squad refused to secure it into place. I did not cause the key to be defective in this manner & was led to believe that factory defects are not the customer's responsibility.

I spent hours on the phone with support and finally was helped by someone who got me back in and restored my rewards. Thought the problem was resolved. Went to use my reward certificates only to find out that the account was hacked again. I have since canceled my account and have not been reimbursed. Best Buy has a great selection of goods but this has been a terrible experience in dealing with fraud. If I ever buy from them again I would not open an account
