I had gotten a discount from an item I originally purchased which made buying the plus membership worthwhile...but what have I gotten since? They talk about discounts...but on what? Things I dont need? You would want discounts on the things you DO need when you are shopping for them. There is really no clarity on what Plus membership gives you. I wouldnt do it again.

Membership forced upon customers

When I opened it and attempted to install it, the ink cartridges that came with it would not install. After many attempts, I boxed it back up and returned it to the store. I had assumed that I had 30 days to return it, which had not passed and is the industry standard, but was informed that I had passed the 15 return window. The only way I could return it was by purchasing this membership, which provides a 60-day window. The model I purchased was not a discontinued item and was still promoted in the store. So, the return window should have been extended without forcing this membership and a hefty payment upon me.
