Not a great experience, ended up canceling my membership. Was never able to successfully log into my after account. After several phone calls, I eventually got access but when logged in my membership was nowhere to be found on their site. So I was unable to take advantage of a price guarantee which would have refunded $100 from a recent phone purchase. Ultimately, I ended up canceling the membership and the $99 phone warranty and consider this a lesson learned.

I was forced into buying this bc it was the only way your appalling store manager in Cesar’s Bay would refund my portable AC purchase at about thirty days when I didn’t realize you have a non- market level 15 day policy even though I was misled by your website which said the window connection was fully adjustable when deep in the manual once you buy it you learn that the window can’t be only 10 inches. I had to come up with the idea of buying this membership and having him backdate it for $50 just to return an unusable AC that your website indicated was usable for me. It was extortion!! He told me that’s what the fifteen days is for. Well, 15 days return if you have no membership is appalling. I didn’t even get to try to install it for two weeks bc of my sons wedding. But the fifteen days is to see if you’re happy with an item even though it’s as advertised. It is most definitely not to permit you to mislead a buyer into getting something unusable (and not insignificant to drive back and forth) and then say ha ha fooled you — and you didn’t catch us soon enough. I will never use Best Buy again and I have successfully got a number of people I know to bring their business elsewhere for good. Was that worth $50 bucks to you????
