And last year while buying my new TV the sales rep recommended the membership. Okay two days ago I went to Best Buy at 531 5th avenue , New York, NY 10017 were I ordered my iPad screen protector and needed it to be just place. I spent their 40 minutes for them to figure out if they could fix it for me. I was sent to a manager and he told me after waiting for so long that I supposed to pay because I am a plus member. And I ask her what does the membership cover she was not able to answer me and all of them look like they have no knowledge about the services at BEST Buy. And I had to return the product and leave the store. And it is not only that but employee at that store barely help customers with enthusiasm .
