Good. Allows me to return my tv for no charge and upgrade

I was helpfully greeted and exactly directed to my Airpods location. I was interested in the open box cost and in learning the difference between version 2 and 4. The young man who helped me scanned all boxes to find the lowest price and recommended model. He was super kind and, especially due to my vision impairment, very patient as I made my decision and carried out the payment steps.

Membership has been well worth it when you buy at best buy

The membership is great. Love the special pricing, although I thought we would get better deals on everything, but that is not always the case. But, I do love that we can bring items in for recycling for free. In that respect, the membership has paid for itself.

I especially appreciate the extended return window, it gives me peace of mind when making bigger purchases. The yearly membership is totally worth it if you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year. The guy that help us was very nice and attentive. He help us to get everything we need. He explained the benefits of membership.

Membership itself is great and the last I used it in electronics the employee a manager I think was awesome in helping us and making us understand how each part worked however I would have liked to use it for a stove when I got my income tax but never got waited on left and bought it somewhere else. Got told someone would be with us in about 10min but 45 minutes later we left. Bought the same stove for a dollar more at the competition store.

Unfortunately ordered a computer through my 2 day delivery membership and it never came. To add insult to insury, Best Buy made it so difficult for me to get a refund for undelivered merchandise. Would not be renewing.
