Worth it.

Having a Best Buy Plus membership comes in handy to score deals and also get better warranty service. At Christmas season I check the exclusive deals weekly to get that perfect gift.

The service I received at Best Buy was outstanding the two different gentleman I spoke with. We’re very helpful and patient with me and when your product goes on sale I’ll probably come by and buy it.

Very good membership i got that before the Black Friday and i bought laptop and the price dropped after one month and half i called Best Buy they matching the price and refunded for me because i have a membership

I never seen a membership with a lot of things that it offers but honestly it helps save money extremely well but if you have no technical issues at all there is no need for geek squads and if you don't shop a lot for expensive items at BestBuy then you have little use of this but I will say that BestBuy has a lot of save sales and price drops so if the item you bought goes down in price you will get the money back which is really good.

If you know that you’re going to buy a lot of technology in a month or two, it may be worth it to invest in this because of the extended return period that it provides. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that you can’t cancel the subscription without completely ending your coverage; other words, even if I bought it for a year, but I want to go ahead and cancel it a week after I bought it so that I retained the coverage for the full year, this is actually not the case. instead, canceling the subscription refunds you for the remaining months that you have not utilized yet, it seems that this is a way that Best Buy trick you into accidentally renewing because most people will forget abour the subscription after a year.

I have only done one purchase and it seems that it saved me some money.

I am still in the process of installing/using my new products and services, as I had a stroke. This visit to Best Buy for an IPAD and ALEXA was the smartest thing I have done for myself in years. I will avail myself of the Best Buy services to get me going, and already Know that my life will be so much simpler once I am able to enjoy it every day. I will soon return for two more necessary items! This young man is not only very knowledgable, but knows how to explain things very very well. He truly understands Customer Service. After a Light Stroke, I was a bit slow in understanding how things work together. This man is my Hero.
