It's great to have if you are making a large purchase. I was able to do a price match several weeks after purchase due to the extended return window. This saved me about $200 (minus the cost of the membership of course), so in this instance it paid for itself about 3 times over.

Asked about the benefits and it basically came down to the extended return period and some of the special deals. As someone who tends to buy a lot of "cutting edge" tech, it helps to be able to try things out for a little longer to see if it works well and return it if it doesn't.

I signed up for Best Buy Plus after a cashier told me it would increase my chances of being invited to online TCG drops. After speaking with multiple people in the hobby—and even other Best Buy employees who actively participate in these releases—I learned this is not true. Membership does not improve odds of receiving TCG drop invitations. The benefits of Best Buy Plus are fine on their own, but customers shouldn’t be given misleading information at checkout. I would appreciate clearer communication so people can make informed decisions.

I am completely satisfied with this computer. It does anything i may need and a lot of things I did not even know existed. The best part of on this deal was the service. The sales rep. was off the charts “helpful”. He was great in making things understandable for a retired pain in the neck!

This membership was worth it and hopefully will still is. So far my experience with the membership has beeen great and I hope I can keep saving money with it. Thank you to the employee that recommended it. I wish I could remember his name.

The Best Buy plus come really in handy, your able to try out items longer which is my favorite part. Hassle free as well

The membership paid for itself (first year) based on the savings of the product I was buying at that time. It was a no brainer. Since then, I’ve enjoyed additional discounts off, and can select one deal to activate out of a few products. Do I use them every time? No. But the values on some of them are great. Not to mention extra return period and other perks. Would easily recommend.

Best Buy has been the best at helping me recycle some old TV's and monitors.

Honestly, like it says in my title, if you shop here alot and buy stuff online then yes its totally worth it! Unlike me I dont shop there alot and got talked into it cause, to me it seems like the dude straight up wouldnt take no as a answer when tellin me about it. It dont make to much sense, BUT i have the yearly membership so ill wait till its suppose to renew and then cancel it.

Thought my computer got hacked…. They reviewed my screen and message and was able to resolve… it wasn’t a hack… but a scare tactic from an outsider that locked my screen…

Everyone was very helpful when I needed their help on a situation that I couldn’t figure out. I was stuck on the process in getting everything going with the right process to make sure that it was done right so after a phone call they got me up and going on my electronic project.
