The membership is awesome. I get to stay informed about the latest and greatest products available. Well worth the cost of membership. The deals available are the lowest and most competitive in this market, thank you for that! I also have great trust on buying from Best Buy knowing my items will come to me in a safe and very speedy manor. My membership return policy is perfect, even though I never had to, it keeps a peace of mind just in case. Can't wait to see what great products I will be buying from Best Buy using my membership! Getting this membership has been the absolute best decision for my family. Everything we buy has additional coverage and service options. I recently returned my apple purchases to Apple when I realized that Apple Products get two years of Apple Care for free! A great savings on that alone.

If your not gonna get the higher version of this please at least get this one, I’ve saved so much money and the 2 month return is so nice

Best investment I have made, I have received so much money back and the service and returns have been a breeze as well as refunds for price reductions.

If you are buying a lot of computer parts, best buy plus is worth it. 60 day return policy is a good peace of mind. the best thing is that price matching also applies for that 60 day too. I already had a 45 dollar discount being processed right now for 64GB of RAM. With a 60 day window, a lot more opportunity to price match. only thing i wish is that best buy offers best buy plus/total members better chance to buy high demand items like a 5090 video card.

Had very good people at Best Buy and Betty helpful. The only thing that was not good the people that delivered them. But Best Buy are very helpful and understanding

I have been a Best Buy Customer for many years, and I can tell that this is the best investment I have made at Best Buy so far! the ability to test products for 2 straight months and be able to return them at no cost is a game changer, that's more than enough time to really test a product and see if it's the right fit for your needs. I am building a new computer and this immediately paid for itself with the discounts I got on a few of the components. Now I have a year membership with all the benefits for essentially free.

I feel like its a waste of money for me if you don't shop frequently to get the free shipping the extended return window isn't really needed you should know by the 30 days if it doesn't work or not or if you don't like it. Maybe the total is worth it but it's almost triple the cost

Took the yearly membership and didnt use much ,so cancelled it.

The Greek squad and protection benefits alone are worth the membership, let alone the member-only discounts!

Giovanni and Marcos were amazing! They were super patient and even assisted me with deciding on which pair of AirPods to purchase. They were both kind and understanding of what I expressed my needs to be in a new pair of AirPods. They explained the Best Buy Plus membership options extremely well; so well that I didn’t want to leave the store without one!
