It’s cool, if you can get it for $25. You get some member exclusive discounts on items, sometimes high value ones. My main reason was the extended return policy, especially if you’re doing a PC build. It’s great knowing you have 60 days instead of 15, gives you time to get all your parts and confirm everything works. I was able to buy majority of my parts through Best Buy and have the safety net of the extended return instead of like Amazon which has 30. Best Buy also price matched some of my items (not a perk, they’ll price match regardless of membership) and I didn’t lose out on better deals elsewhere, overall a great experience.

I was previously a Total member and switched to Plus this year. I enjoy the service and think its a solid value. I think Total is more comprehensive, but plus is good for a fraction of the cost. I stop at Bestbuy a tremendous amount and always get good service. Its nice that they thank me and recognize me at the register if that is important to you.

The salesperson explained the benefits of the membership very well on how with this program I have the option of utilizing the equipment for 60 days. If I am not satisfied I do have the option to return the item with no hassle. This is just one of many benefits that I decided the membership would be beneficial.

5 Stars! My Best Buy Plus is a no-brainer if you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year. The exclusive member-only pricing alone saved me enough on my latest purchase to pay for the entire year's membership fee. I also love the extended 60-day return and price-match window- it gives me so much more time to make sure a product is right for me without the usual 30-day stress. Between the savings and the peace of mind, it's easily the best value for $50/year. Not to mention the 2-day free shipping is pretty awesome too!

It took a while for me to realize the balance feature of the drum looked as if something was wrong BUT it really works to balance the load without wanting to walk. I like the faucet feature. I was finally able to understand how to soak a full tub. I had read the one star reviews prior to my purchase. The common problem themes appear to be over the same time period. maybe a lemon manufacturing time period? OR like me in the beginning, I didn't realize the drum would move funny when doing the initial sensing. There could be a breaking in time of the first few loads. Now the spin really gets the water out of the clothes.

when I bought my tv and was offered a chance to buy a membership I admit I was skeptical but took the bait. If the price were reduced before May 1 I would be entitled to a price match. thinking there was little chance since the tv was on sale when purchased, I was pleasantly surprised to see a $100 price reduction in a few weeks and was even more surprised when I went to customer service and, without hesitation, a credit was issued. Good Job!

So far, mostly good. We had a bit of a hiccup with the company that does the deliveries but that all ended up okay in the long run so we’re hoping it will be a good purchase! I didn’t love that we can no longer speak with our local Best Buy as I had a question for the local guy who was very helpful, but all in all I typically have good success with Best Buy.

I have found some great member deals. I was able to utilize the extended return period to exchange an item that was causing a health issue in my home. It was a super bright tv that was giving a person in my home migraines. I wa able to exchange for a more headache friendly tv

It took us making a trip to the store to get a TV that wasn't damaged in the box. The initial TV even had the "passed inspection sticker on it that included his/her ID ". But when we got home there was serious damage to the Console- took it back and was able to get a new replacement that better meets our needs. I think what upsets me as much is this TV was supposed to be for my 64th birthday and yet we were forced to wait for the Day after in order to watch what was planned for my birthday the day of the original purchase. But its exactly the one I wanted so it worked out. I do have to say the employees who assisted us both days were extremely remorseful all the while professional. Great job and was the major part in why I didn't just demand a refund and take our money out to the Pearl Harbour Exchange.

i had gifted wife a dyson hair styler during christmas. She did not get a chance to check it out properly until late early Feb. She had some concerns due to which she decided to not keep the item and i had to return it. Best Buy return period was past and smartly suggested to Best Buy Plus membership which has extended return period as one of the benefits. Great option in my situation, so i made the purchase and could return the expensive dynson unit without any hassles or questions asked.
