i had gifted wife a dyson hair styler during christmas. She did not get a chance to check it out properly until late early Feb. She had some concerns due to which she decided to not keep the item and i had to return it. Best Buy return period was past and smartly suggested to Best Buy Plus membership which has extended return period as one of the benefits. Great option in my situation, so i made the purchase and could return the expensive dynson unit without any hassles or questions asked.

I ran into a situation where I was gonna miss my delivery appointment because of work and the delivery men actually doubled backat the end of the day to ensure that I got my delivery, which was awesome. I highly recommend that you spend an extra couple dollars and secure the service for yourself.

Yes, I Like my new Tv . One thing Idid not expect was that I needed to get a RCA HDMI converter to run my DVD. Also, my Beltone Link did not work. I was thankful the fellow Geek squad fellow came and set up my TV with my cable network. I did get other help to figure out how to work my DVD and also found a way to make my Bellone link to work. Now I am satisfied. My Geek squad person from Bernsville Best Buy was very helpful to order the RCA HDMI Converter for me that I got in the mail.

The in store associate educated me about this and at first i was reluctant to join, what changed my mind is thinking about how although i dont shop that much, i do prefer certain items being bought in store. And that does happen 1 to 5 times a year and based off of that it would be worth it. And it turned out it was the right decision as i soon got a credit back of about 15% of the purchase price based on the price match feature. The membership plan itself is good. the value, the coverage, the discounts. the only thing that i didnt like is i had to cancel my other membership in order to get Plus. and it took them a while to have me call on the phone in order to cancel it. but in all i am still satisfied.

I was very satisfied the first times that I met our sales associate Jay Sparger in the Castleton store, he was very friendly and guided us to the many appliances and explained everything including the extended warranty he helped us choose the best apliance that would work for us , we are very satisfied with the the Refrigerator and it works great
