Definitely helped with the return policy. The original return is 14 days. I’m extremely busy and it took me past the 14 days to finally open up the computer box and start setting it up. This membership gives me 60 days in case I need to return it. Also, I received the computer in a couple of days with express shipping. I’m happy I took out the membership.

I used to think that having a membership was an expense, but at a certain age, if you shop wisely... you'll understand that it's more of an advantage than an expense. You get a bigger discount on an item, and it becomes your most valuable item to take home. I organize first and then think about what I need, and definitely, the membership is an ally for having that, precisely.

We purchased a TV and soundbar from BB in Wausau, WI. The salesperson assisting us was named Marie and she was fantastic. She was so knowledgable and patiently answered all of our questions. We are thrilled with our TV and with the techs who helped set it up for us. Def 5 stars!

I was happy to become a Best Buy Member in March when I purchased my Apple MacBook Neo and got a 10% discount. I used my card once again in May to purchase my garden hose. I look forward to using my membership card again in the next few months.

The cost of membership was worth it. I bought a refrigerator. After changing the door to open on the other side, the freezer did not seal well and a repair tech had to be called. The tech could not resolve the issue so a replacement was requested. The BB Plus membership made it all smooth, easy and as fast as possible. Then the price of the fridge decreased and I received a price match without a hassle.

Since I have signed up for this membership, I have received $65 in credit. I’m really not sure how I earned that but I used that credit and went in and bought another 43 inch LG TV for my second bedroom and I got a very good deal on it and I absolutely love it. Thank you Best Buy

I was having problems with my computer. I did not have an appointment. I waited in line for less than 5 minutes. The tech person greeted me. She was able to find the issue and made a recommend for a potential problem. I was truly impressed and my issue was resolved. I know that if I have any others concerns with my computer, I will go to Best Buy.

the sales person was very informed on the item looking for and the delivery people were very good at their job, polite, quick and pleasant.

I'm going to be honest, I'm not totally sure what this membership actually does. I signed up on a fluke but I haven't "used" it yet. I'm not sure how, frankly. I'm sure there is something I am missing but as of right now, I'm not totally sure what the membership is for and what I get out of it. Maybe I'll learn something new but I don't know where to find that out. Oh well. Don't listen to me. I'm early confused.

This membership is real value for money. Earlier experience without this membership, I had to shell out $100 or so more as I missed the discount offer by few hours. However with this membership, lowest price guarantee for 2 months gave back $350 under 2 weeks, despite buying the product at full price on the day of purchase. I needed a filter for my refrigerator. You did not have it on the floor so the young man ordered it for me and that was good, but it came too late. They were gonna service my refrigerator that morning in it. The filter came in the afternoon. the light still stays on I need another service call

I like shopping at Best Buy the people are very nice when I went to Best Buy to buy Apple Watch the person help me was very nice and when got my tv the delivery drive was very nice I was think getting another tv from Best Buy for my bedroom room looking for a 70 inch or 75 inch tv

The service was very good. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to my friends. Our membership is new to us. But, plan on using it alot. We purchased out New TV at Best Buy. And are very pleased with how it works. I also went back & purchased some extra parts And they had them in Stock, which was a plus.

Well worth the money for peace of mind for all purchases. I got this before purchasing several new home appliances and we had a few unforeseen issues with shipping and install. We were helped resolve everything, no questions asked.

Having a membership comes with perks that are just for members, which is nice to be rewarded for spending your hard earned money. It's like moving to the front of the line when sales come out. It's Best Buy showing their appreciation back to you, which is always nice. Also you can opt out without any problem.

Recently purchased an LG OLED TV and Sonos soundbar. Both were installed by the Geek Squad. The YV and soundbar were a great choice and the Geek Squad not only installed the system but programmed the remotes and tuned the system. Would highly recommend the sales team and Geek Squad!

I purchased an LG tower washer & Gas Dryer on January 14 th, 2026 I am so pleased with the professional service I received from Best Buy staff. From the purchase To delivery of unit went well. I highly recommend the LG tower unit also The digital display is conveniently located in the middle of unit ( very user friendly)
