I enjoyed an extremely smooth and hassle-free transaction - after completed my order on line, I drove to the store later for the pickup at the proper time. It felt like concierge service! I had let my Best Buy card expire. We were looking for a sound bar for our TV. Staff was very helpful and informative. When it came time to check out, the gentleman behind the counter not only helped us reactivate our account, but also helped us save even more money! I need a new computer and will definitely be going back.

I’m really hoping that I get some opportunities to order Pokemon to add to my collection! I also buy everything electronics related from Beat Buy! I might as well get some good deals while doing it!

The membership has saved me in over $400 in warranty fees and service feeds for my pc. I wasn’t going to get the membership but when I was told about the 60 day price match and totally refundable within that timeframe if canceled: sold me. The additional perks of warranty and geek squad service is definitely a win win situation

It was a great deal. Bought new appliance and def worth it. Ended up buying many electronics and appreciated the fast, free shipping. Ill prob always be a Best Buy customer for all large purchases and have bought all electronics and even health and wellness items too. Wish the free trials weren't so strict. I couldn't get free trial n it was over a year

I got the membership about a month ago to have member price on a TV I was purchasing. I have already benefitted of the perks a couple more times since. I would recommend it if you usually buy from Best Buy or if you are in the process of making some large electronics purchases.

Love this membership. We bought a iPad mini for our air plane and were told of the membership how you can get money back should the item decrease online. Which indeed does happen. Without said member you only get 15days. So we bought the membership within about 30dayz the item was decreased by $100 which all we had to do was go into any bestbuy and it was added back to our card that we paid with. Super worth it and the person who helped me, wish I could remember their name, was kind, helpful and had so much knowledge.

I ordered an item online but ordered it at the store. I wanted it within 6 days of my trip. The store clerk and manager said that the only way they could garantee that was to have this $50 membership and i would have 2 day shipping. So i paid for membershio. Definitely not 2 days. More like 5 1/2 days. Was desperately looking at other options on tgat 6th day, but too late for those. It did arrive but with much anxiety. Would have probably gotten it this same day without a membership

I have to say the best part of purchasing this new gaming computer for my son was the helpful sales associate. He was very knowledgeable about many computer options and helped me find a great computer at a reasonable price.

Found tons of useful and fun items through the member picks ranging from legos to accessories I use everyday. It can be very worth it if you are a very avid shopper saves a solid amount. The 60 days also is super nice to try stuff out for a longer period, along with the price matching!

This came in handy when we purchased a new stove, had it delivered, and realized the model we chose just want going to work for our family. We were able to try the stove for a full two weeks (although we could have tried it a full 60 days!) to determine what was missing and what we needed to look for when we picked a different brand/model.

I'm so happy with my new GE Profile refrigerator! All automatic and plenty of room for everything. My salesperson was great and every knowledgeable, he was a great help in helping me make my selection. Also a very speedy delivery and installation. Could not have asked for anything better.
