Ryan Hayes was excellent. As well as those I spoke to on the phone. The delivery company was also very helpful and kind. Once I got everything in order for the delivery of my refrigerator everything was set up and it’s working well.

Funny how this is the only review that gave an example of what I should write. Taking a star off for that because I feel that’s bad practice. Other than that it is a good membership. Price matching is very easy to do. You get price matching for free but with the membership you get to price match further down the road if you see a good sale happen after the fact.

Having this membership Is so beneficial and almost a must have if you are a frequent buyer at Best Buy. It allows u enough Time to ensure that you love the product you bought and if not you have a good window to return.

My membership paid for itself with one clearance Induction Oven, although your mileage may vary. If you'd rather support your local Best Buy (and its associates) over the Bezos this probably would work for you. Oh, and sometimes the member picks will have good stuff for cheap.

I spent over $2000 on audio equipment and other small components. The benefits that you get with the low price on this service is worth its weight and gold to me! It’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it!

The Best Buy membership card gives opportunities to review and purchase plenty of items with the discounted price. It also has mulpiple offers that the Best Buy can offer. That includes discounts on electronics, dishwashers, washer and dryers, microwaves, stows and many other items you would be willing to purchase for the price the store can offer. The membership also allows to use additional services like fast delivery and or exchange unwanted items. Some items can be delivered at the discounted price and a technical support is usually on top of the things when help is needed.

I've only had the membership for a short time now and can already see the benefits. The immediate was an additional discount on a large TV purchase which basically paid for itself. Additionally, the extended return window and 2 day delivery is fantastic!

This Samsung TV is the best TV I've ever owned. i especially like the anti-glare feature! The Geek Squad techs, AK and Mason were quick, efficient, friendly and able to answer all our questions about how to operate all the apps. It was definitely a 5 star experience!
