The service was awesome. I would definitely recommend this store to others. I gave it a five star review. When the Geek squad came out they were very quick and accurrate. They knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it accordingly.

While i have not yet utilized the specific perks afforded me by this Plus membership, i have no doubt that they are great and will be much valued when i have the opportunity to take advantage of them.

its worth it if you know you are going to be getting new electronic gear annually; for instance, decided to get a watch, had Samsung before but pairing with my iphone is not ideal. Reluctantly got the iWatch and during the holidays the price point dropped twice; with the membership, i was able to recupe nearly $80

This membership is the real deal. Cheaper than most of the competitors out there when it comes to the fast shipping. And member only pricing is legit.

It is nice getting a discount on items but it would be nice to have upfront prices.

I made a great purchase. Later added Geek Squad insurance for my Sony 77” tv. Have purchased 4 tv’s in the past and my wife has also purchased office equipment and always have peace of mind with geek squad membership.

I never saw my new laptop and printer in person until after I had purchased them online. They are everything that the online shopping expert said that they were, and I am happy!

Ngl the unlimited geek squad support makes it worth it. Otherwise it's a zoo getting service from them.

When I enter the store I was greeted well, was offer to apply for a store card, I said no thank you. Then when to look at a refrigerator and reconsider, I applied for the card and purchased ,thank to the door greeter.

The representative that help me specialize in Samsung TVS, which was a plus since I purchase one. He was very informing with all of the products and help me to make a good decision on one .I would definitely recommend

The primary reason I purchased this membership is to get extended price matching out to 60 days. I made my purchase just before Christmas and thought maybe I could take advantage of the after Christmas sales. Well... I did get price reduced one time the price changed from $1,799.99 to $1,699.99 so I took advantage of that. But I was lucky - I guess. When I purchased the TV I also purchased a center channel w/sub to go with it. The salesman "bundled" the two purchases which provided a $50.00 discount. Unknown at the time of purchase price match discounts are voided on bundled purchases. When trying to claim a price match discount is when I learned my purchases were bundled and price matching was not allowed. After a brief discussion with the manager explaining the purpose of my membership purchase was to take advantage of any sales that may, or may not, occur. Anyway... He told the employee conducting the sales match how to over-ride the system providing me with the price match discount. But... what if the manager didn't do that? Sales folks should have told me bundling removed the price match guarantee.

Just access to the Geek Squad is worth it for me. I am not a technical person. They helped so much at the time of my installation. Anticipated my needs and educated me.
