My experiences with best buy have only been good and they actually do honor their protection plan unlike other stores. So I use Best Buy whenever possible. Super happy to learn about this membership.

I bought a laptop and of course Microsoft software at Best Buy. Because I did not have a Bitlocker number I couldn't use the software. I returned the laptop -- with ease since I could not use it--the software had me locked out. The problem came in when I asked for a return of the price of the software--since I returned the laptop and the software was locked up.Best Buy said I had to get my money from Microsoft and Microsoft said I had to get it from Best Buy. No one cared that I had paid for software that was somewhat on the laptop which now was Best Buy's. The 2 gentlemen at the store did not even try to find a solution...they just said the register would not allow a return. Then said that it was against the law to refund the price of software in the state of Texas. They were better at arguing than finding solutions so I will be asking for my membership to be refunded. I will drive a little farther when I need electronics and appliances.

The my best buy plus membership benefits are great!

Got an offer to save $105 on an item if I purchase their $49 membership. What's not to like about that. Probably cancel before the renewal unless I get more deals like that.

My membership started with a purchase of a 65” LG OLED TV and LG soundbar. Membership benefits are as described by the salesperson I had worked with.

First, a bit of back story. I on-line purchased an "Open Box-Excellent Condition" Soundbar kit on Black Friday. When it arrived, it was in sad shape, and the only option offered was to return it and re-purchase the product at its regular full price. I did eventually find a store manager to advocate on my behalf, but the only solution he had required that I be a "Plus" member first, so I took it. Kudos to the store manager, but I won't be buying from Best Buy again, so this membership is a waste.

It was a pleasant surprise that an item I purchased was for sale under the membership. Made me feel appreciated as a customer.

We enjoy our membership. We can call on the Squad anytime for any problems with electronics or installing appiliances we have purchased with Best Buy.

I did not see any benefit overall I was told at the time of purchasing the membership that I have a 100$ credit I tried to use it twice , I was told that I have to call the 1-800 number to see , I don’t have time for that
