I was told that because they delivered for free it is called a bundle deal and said the membership was not valid because they called it a bundle deal. What?

It is coming from CA but it has not reached the warehouse or they have not told me it had arrived. In thus word of computer inventory I should have been told that there was not any for me to puck up.
