Purchased so we could get a better deal on our purchase, so it was beneficial.

I bought the memebership shortly before Tax Free Weekend in MA (2025). The computer tower that I bought has gone on sale since then. I was reimbursed $50 via the Price Match Guarantee so the membership has paid for itself. I received two $25 gift certificates a few weeks after the purchase based upon the purchase price ($25 for every $250 spent). Unfortunately, the gift certificates expire after one month. I don't really need anything from Best Buy, but I'm forced to make a purchase or they go to waste. The membership is probably worth it if you make frequent purchases. If you only shop there a few times a year the membership is probably not for you.

The young man that sold me the computer was very helpful. I am old and needed the help, he also was very patient with me. If you don't give him a rise, then don't send me anymore of these reviews. If you like his work, then pay him like you like it. Thank God for good custmorer worker.

The membership is great. It’s a cheap annual price, and it’s amazing that you are able to go in and price check and receive rebate if the price is lower than you bought it with. The deals are also great and having an easily accessible account for electronics is perfect.

This membership is good for those who are looking to buy stuff from Best Buy in bulk and those who want an extended return policy on purchases ,would be nice if there were more promotions and discounts for members

I wish there were more perks to the plus membership. It has a good decent value initially depending on the plus deals, however, I don’t agree with buying this as a lone perk. I feel it doesn’t offer much. There should be a longer return period perk to match other competitions where you don’t have to buy a membership. There is a lot of work needed for the improvement of the membership. The plus heavily outvalues the total however. That membership I feel doesn’t provide much of any value behind the “blanket coverage”.

It was a good membership to purchase initally, because it basically paid for itself with the introductory award certificate I received. I've made two major purchases in the the first 2 months, so time till tell. My only reason for a 4 stars is that is really hard to reach anyone via phone support, some have been good and others not so good. My first presale support was great, then the next several times I had long hold times and had difficutly understanding the representatives. You cannot reach anyone at your local stores anymore. We'll see how this year goes with Best Buy support if I will continues. I dislike that fact that I am unable to reach the people at the store I worked with on my purchases by phone. I have to keep going back to the store to resolve questions I have in regard to my most recent purchases.

Living in England and will not be back to USA due to age I can’t really get any benefit from being a member. The salesman told me by being a member I got better discount on my purchases.

They kept hounding me for feedback, so here it is. I purchased a Dell desktop PC and monitor on sale on 5/24/26 from Bestbuy. My problem was not with the PC nor the monitor, but with the experience at Bestbuy. I must say I've near had a more frustrating and patience testing experience. First of all, they didn't have the PC in stock nearby, but did have the monitor, so I took the monitor with me. The PC was delivered the following week. I tried to pay right then with my regular checking account card, which had more than enough funds, and I use to pay all my bills. For some strange reason, they could not take it. However, I was able to get a Bestbuy credit card, but that took some time and lots of paperwork and questions. I just paid the bill using that same bank credit card with no problems. Frankly, I have resolved to buy my products at Amazon or somewhere else from now on.

This product is a good way to try something new before committing to a more expensive option. It offers decent value for the price, is easy to use, and helped me decide whether this type of product was right for me.

I love my refrigerator, The salesman who helped was very knowledgeable and friendly he made it a very smooth sale my delivery ended up being g earlier the scheduled they called and notified me it was great. Delivery also explained things to me, also took my old refrigerator definitely will refer people to Best Buy for the awesome service deals and smiles.

I like the membership they provide, you gets lots of benefits where you are getting your money back from the original cost of paying for the membership if not double to triple the cost of the membership back into your pocket
