The price of the TV did not change during the 60-day trial period, and we did not use the membership for anything else, so we decided to cancel our membership.

The only way to get some of my money returned was to purchase this ridiculous membership. I wont use this "membership" and will be glad to do all my future shopping online.

I had an installation problem as one contractor took my TV mounting bracket and would not return it after I called him and after 3 phone call to their "concierge" service, they told me they couldn't help me and one hung up. Went to the store in Braintree and spoke with a store manager who told me he would call me back the next day with a resolution. No phone call. Went back to the store and spoke with a different store manager who promised to resolve the issue and call me the next day. Crickets.... I would recommend buying your electronics from a reputable local store or online and install them yourself or hire a contractor directly as they have dismantled the Geek Squad.

Very close to a scam. I won't renew this credit card.
