The person at Best Buy was very nice. He helped me pick out a TV. I inquired about a sound bar of which he had limited knowledge on and he invited another associate to help explain it to me. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Both were very kind thank you.

I switched from Windows to a Macbook air for the first time. I had my reservations as I didn't like the gesture control on the M1 airs my friends had. I came to realize the gestures can be modified to our usecase. I can't emphasize enough on how solid the product is. The trackpad, battery life, and the build is amazing. As a casual user, I can recommend the base version Macbook air to anyone. The starlight color option is premium-looking. This machine is going to last atleast 4 years to be honest. Highly recommend for any windows users thinking about switching to Mac.

It’sa good value if you buy a lot of tech and get a lot of repairs. 2 day shipping is nice and extended return policy is great. I didn’t buy enough stuff to keep it though

I am very disappointed with Best Buy’s delivery and installation service. My appointment was scheduled between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, but the technician didn’t arrive until 9:40 PM. At 6:40 PM, he called to say he would arrive around 7:45 PM, but he was still almost two hours later than that estimate. I spent my entire afternoon and evening waiting for a service that was supposed to be completed within the scheduled time window. This level of poor scheduling and communication is unacceptable.

The membership is awesome as you get lotnof discount on many products as well as guarantee of price matching if prices are dropped on any products.

I really like being able to call for Tech services with this membership. It was a lifesaver when my washer started acting up after eight months! They kept sending service men out and finally replaced my washer! So glad I have this membership!

I have mixed feelings so far. I should spend more time educating myself on the real benefits. One positive was the assurance of getting credit if item went on sale. I bought IPAD on December 8th. Of course it went on sale on Black Friday. Quick phone call and without any hassles, I got a credit for the difference in prices. Eliminates the question of should I buy it today or hope it goes on sale next week.

My membership is a real value and I have saved enough from my first purchase that paid for the membership. This is a real value. In addition, the geek squad is there for support anytime after my purchases. We’re over I love the peace of mine that the protection plans Best Buy offers. I can’t emphasize enough how valuable Buying a membership through Best Buy save your money and the support you receive. Not sure how happy I am about being forced to “buy” something that is basically a repackaging of things that you used to get for FREE as Elite Plus member when you actually spent money at Best Buy every year. But I guess I managed to get back what it costs.

They have helped me with the purchase and trouble-shooting of computers. They have helped me purchase TVs and their installations. I think they are great.

I'm so thankful I bought this membership. The biggest thing for me is the return window is so much longer. Sometimes it's hard to get a good gauge on a product, especially if it's an expensive one, you want to make sure it's doing what you want/need it to do. And with the two month window, it's such a game changer. But that's not all, you get other benefits like Best Buy Plus prices and money back on your purchases. To me, I don't really see a down side to this membership. It's a win across the board for me.

Have not used the option much but it did give me a reasonable time to exchange a a Home Theater receiver. However, I did exchange it for a pricer model of the ONKYO line up.

Got it included as part of my deal. 60 day return and price match is nice touch.
