I like the look and wanted to keep with having all Kitchenaid appliances. However, this microwave creeps out when pressing open and makes a slight squeek when closing. Not what I expected for what ended up being an expensive alternative to a built in.

I purchased the Best Buy membership as a money-saving feature when purchasing a new phone. But, besides that, I had the best service at the Columbia, Missouri store. I think Aaron was helping me, and he was super.

I like the swivel ears on headphones . Good sound too. I can't always tell if its cancelling noise (still hear lots of out noise from office colleagues-dislike. I use for work.

I bought this membership a few years ago being very skeptical of its value. Still not completely convinced that it is great, however, it did save me from ending up with a product I didn't like. You have an extended time to return products with this membership. I picked up an item, hated it, set it aside and almost forgot about it. Realized about a month later I needed to take it back. Without this membership I would have had to sell it on the second hand market.

It was super easy to use and the associates at the store helped us out so much. It surprised me they offered discounts on a variety of items as well.

Value and quality of refrigerator is excellent. I like the ability to have different sizes of ice produced, The technology of being able to see contents of the refrigerator without opening provides value to making grocery list.

I hesitated but actually we have a need for some new appliances so this is a great idea! Many benefits! We just purchased a new washer and dryer! the customer service is amazing!

This membership paid itself off twice when we purchased our refrigerator. First, the addition items/gifts we received on the original purchase, then again when the price dropped a few weeks later and we were able to retroactively price match.

At first, I was reluctant to purchase the membership. I thought I would never benefit from it, but shortly after purchasing the refrigerator from Best Buy, I found the exact same model for $100 less, and thanks to my membership, there were no hassles and I was given a price match that more than paid for the price of the membership.

I normally don’t shop at Best Buy, but I am going to need a new computer soon

Really depends on how often you buy Best Buy products, however I ran into a recent situation or I was not happy with my purchase but it was past 30 days. Luckily since I have Best Buy plus I was able to return and get a different product with no issues. I'm a big fan of the Plus Membership

Although the items have not been picked up, let alone installed, the purchase was excellent due to the sales associates who assisted us. Klint did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to both products.

I really like My Best Buy Plus. The member deals are helpful, and I love that if I buy something and the price drops within a month, they refund me the difference. It makes shopping feel safer because I know I’m still getting a good deal. Definitely worth it!
