I really like My Best Buy Plus. The member deals are helpful, and I love that if I buy something and the price drops within a month, they refund me the difference. It makes shopping feel safer because I know I’m still getting a good deal. Definitely worth it!

The basic membership we had for one year allowed us to get a discount on a reduced priced printer that we had purchased earlier. We called and got the lower price and a refund of the difference in price on our credit card.

Have only had it 2 weeks but I think it will be great … had to buy white but it looks good in my kitchen & I got the one w/o a handle & I like that !! My other one was Whirlpool and was over 25 years old !!!

Love the idea that this protects me in certain situations. I wasn’t sold on it at first, but I shop here so much that it actually will benefit me in the long run.

Bought it for my girlfriend. She just wanted a simple dashcam for her car but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the camera and picture. Highly recommend it

I was under the impression from the sales person that this was given as a free promotion to receive a sale price on an item that was being purchased and cancel before I get charged the membership price. Why did I look at my receipt and noticed that I actually paid for that membership! I was livid, I called the customer service line and they was a big help but guess what? I'm stuck with this, just like some people who review this have stated, it's only a benefit if you are a frequent shopper of Best Buy. I am not sure if your employees benefit from this but fooling people into it is not a form of customer service.

This membership is interestingi got it for thr 60 day returnwindow incase i didn't like my laptopor had buyers remorse. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans.

When I went to buy my newest Apple Watch in November, I was skeptical at first to purchase this membership. When one of the store representatives told me that Best Buy does a holiday price match where I could call if the price of my product was lower and get the money refunded to me for the difference I was immediately sold. Not only did this product actually deliver as the sales associate said, but it was so easy to do. I was able to text the Best Buy representative and get everything taken care of that way. I even used my Best Buy credit card and was able to get the difference in the prices refunded right to my Best Buy credit card and off the total without affecting the promotional rate definitely worth the purchase for that alone.

Good when it has the things that you need very seldom do I see things that I need so I guess it's all about the individual I have gotten a couple items that were very great deals

We were shopping for a washer/dryer combo and the sales guy told us about the Best Buy plus membership. For $49.99 for saved over $200.00 on the set. On top of that, you get all the other great benefits, free two day shipping, exclusive deals, 60 day returns and others. It is definitely worth the money and then some. We will be renewing this for sure.

The member prices make this an easy choice for large purchases. I’ve seen several examples where you would still save over $100 after subtracting the cost of the membership from the deal amount.

Sorry can’t really review spending money as it’s always easy to accomplish,l simply gave my ok and it was accomplished by adding the cost to my purchase…no benefit as yet to discuss or review! I did have a very knowledgeable salesman who seemed to know all things electronic or in appliances small and large! Can’t answer if l would recommend membership to anyone as l haven’t used it to any advantage as yet…so I’m done here!
