Right price... Protect my purchase .. save headaches in the future

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. I wanted the middle drawer to be an extra freezer storage but even though the drawer said it was 29 degrees, my popsicles melted. With that said, I can still use it for small snacks and canned drinks.

I am able to test everything to find what best fits my needs! I keep what I actually need! So no waste of money! Worth it every penny

So back several years ago as a bestbuy credit card holder, i used to get 45 days return but that quickly change. Infact i even had the gamers club membership where bestbuy would give you 20% off on just about any game except the super popular ones but still awesome. I do wish they would bring that back. Anyways fast forward to today and now you have a meager 15 days return which makes things difficult if your product malfunctions you are pretty much stuck with it unless you buy the additional protection plan. I purchased this membership solely to have peace of mind on returning a product if it malfunctions or doesn't perform as the manufacturer states, this happened to me with a Segway Ninebot Max G2, things have been fixed on it now but it took several months of us being beta testers. So if you want to be able to have a 60 day hassle free return policy, please get this membership, its definitely worth it. There are other perks included like getting $5.00 rewards when you spend $100.00 on a product. For me its not a big deal to earn points as i spend thousands yearly here but with this new paid membership i no longer have the need to do that in order to keep a specific membership status. I will eventually upgrade to the total protection membership but need more customer experience feedback before i spend $130.00 more per year. Anyway, its worth it and i highly recommend it as a customer to you another fellow customer.

This membership has definitely been worth it for me. The exclusive member pricing saves a lot over time, and having access to unlimited Geek Squad support is incredibly convenient. I also really appreciate the added protection plans on purchases — it gives me peace of mind knowing my devices are covered.

I think it’s worth having for people who order frequently online. You get free 2 day shipping which is always helpful and there are rewards for your purchases.

If you buy tech stuff frequently, then some of the member deals are nice. I originally got this membership because I bought an appliance and they gave some credit back and installed the appliance for free. Occasionally you will see some personal member deals that might peak your interest but wouldn't exactly call it 100% worth it in my case.

Purchased this when i bought my laptop and they have always been helpful when it cam with any help regarding the laptop and with helping set it up and the bigger return window gave be better confidence on my purchase

I purchased the membership mostly for the free shipping and I think I came out ahead with it. I tend to buy a lot of video games so over the course of the year it works well for me. I'm considering a new Mac and might go with BestBuyTotal care since you get the AppleCare built in with it.

Purchased this computer to replace ancient one at work. This is meeting and exceeding performance needs. It is quick. The build seems solid. Aside from set up issues with our tech folks transferring data from old computer, I have no complaints.

I have already had to use my plan, even though my appliance is only two months old. (Something was done wrong during the installation.) The plan has already paid for itself.

I've had Plus for years and just having two months to return stuff is a lifesaver. Having something delivered and life getting in the can make doing a return tougher and this makes it far easier to get a return done and not have to worry about it - plus, you have you two months to price adjust things so if you get a big ticket item and it goes on sale, you have two months to get the difference back on non-cellular stuff.

Definitely needed to insure your investment is protected. My daughters have broken so many electronics over the years. I never bought the coverage until now.

Recently purchased an Insignia refrigerator and was very pleased with the sales person named Fernando. I appreciated his good attitude, knowledge about the appliance and his great attitude of customer education and care as well. Best Buy has excellent sales staff who are also courteous and people friendly, while being professional as well.
