Since I shop at Best Buy a lot ( the variety and deals are unbeatable) I love my membership and extended guarantee

Having a longer period to return items is a very big plus. Also having membership benefits is very nice.

Happy shopping as a Rewards member but disappointed to find that once a Rewards member, the percentage changes with subsequent purchases .

over a month, paying interest on my new Best Buy Visa and no product. to day is the 4th different day to schedule install. I am told between 7am and 7pm. so this is the 4th day I have cancelled appointments to stay home. No phone call, no text. July 28th, stayed home all day and it was a no show. no calls. Frustrated. I dont think Best Buy deserves my business. been home all day, no confidence best buy will show up this time.

This membership is great I looked up one day and saw I had a $100 to use and it made my Apple TV $32 great rewards if you shop a lot

As someone who was hesitant about purchasing a best buy plus membership, I can honestly say that it’s definitely worth it! I was able to make a large purchase with an amazing discount due to the membership. The savings alone from that purchase have allowed the membership to practically pay itself! Another thing I appreciate is that it’s a one time fee for an annual membership as opposed to having to pay month over month. Highly recommend.

The program is great and I get value from it. The overall package is worth it and if others shop at Best Buy frequently, it could be worth getting.

I have already saved more than what I spent to enroll in the membership. When I buy a product that shows what I would be paying with my membership Im a little skeptical thinking there may have been an error in the printing because some products have a huge difference in price for members compared to non-members.

I needed a replacement tv for my living room and have not purchased one by myself in the past. The salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and listened to me. I came home with a great flatscreen, and a friend mounted it above the fireplace!

We felt good about our purchase but the geek guys installing had a lot different opinions on TVs, remotes than the man who sold it to us. We're having problems trying to figure out the programming. The picture is superb
