The membership was valuable for a one-time purchase and some of the member deals are relevant, but I didn’t quite see the value for renewal over the long-term. I would probably have to see 3x savings to make it worth the annual fee.

Very happy with my Nest Smart Thermostat. Also, was extremely pleased with the installer. Every time I have had the Geek Squad I was 100%+++ pleased with them.

The store employee that told us all about the Best Buy Plus membership implied we would get $150 cash back by signing up, it would save us money. Well, it's really coupons worth that if you quickly within a month or so, buy something else at Best Buy. A bit of a difference, not exactly what was promised.

Every time I enter my North Canton Store, I am alway greeted and assisted dueing my whole experience! Mikey in Home Theater was amazing in helping me pick a nice home entertainment system well within my budget with extra gadgets that up my purchase’s worth! I went to the store to visit with Geek Squad to help me with a tech issue. I very pleased with the knowledge the associate had. She helped me with my issue and showed me a couple more tech options.

Membership has worked for me, the cost of membership was offenses by the discount on my purchase, I will probably subscribe again to keep the benefits. The installation of our new kitchen aid dishwasher was very efficient and professional, I am used to doing my own installs, but never again.

If you’re looking to buy something expensive I definitely find value in buying the membership as they give you special promotions and a price match service!

The extended return window policy is the best one. The occasional sales prices are ok The reward certificate bonuses are nice when available on something you plan to buy regardless. (This is not an incentive to buy something you wont use just because of the bonus. I would not do that).
