I got membership with laptop purchase. Its an effective purchase if you are looking for deals as they often offer things at prices you will not see without it

Delivery guys could not / refused to install dryer so I had to hire someone else. On top of that, Best Buy would not do a partial refund on my purchase saying that "installation is free". Seems fishy...

Price match in a year if phones price gone down. I am loving it going to claim my reward

I like the old rewards program. You paid one fee, and that was your rewards program for the 2,3,5 years, whatever program you got,or paid for. Who would still get the lowest price? If you you would find one lower, you will still get a lower price. Now, with this program, we have to pay every month, which doesn't make sense. I think it's just so you guys can make more money. I have gotten a $10 gift card. I try to go use it once but I couldn't. And once I tried to walk in the store for some reason, it disappeared, so I never tried again. I really don't see any benefit from this program.

This membership has paid for itself. We've only had it a short time but it was worth it for us because of items we needed to purchase. When buying our TV the young man that helped us was very knowledgeable.

I was sold this membership under the presumption it would cover my purchase I made 4 days prior. The representative kept saying how much she’s received back with the 60 day price match guarantee. She said “Best Buy takes care of people”… well 17 days after purchase I try to get the price match on my camera… 50 bucks I plan to spend back IN STORE INSTANTLY. And after hours in store, online chats, phone calls… they say “well she didn’t do it right so that’s her fault not best buys”…. Now it’s only 50 bucks… But it’s the fact I paid for this membership under the knowledge I’d get the price match. Very disappointed.

I got this membership for $49 a year and immediately saved $700 on a range I purchased for my wife. If it never saves me another penny (which I’m sure it will) it was worth getting it for that 1 purchase. Thanks Best Buy for starting this new program i would advise everyone to sign up for it.

needed a fridge. saw the one i liked but i wanted a bottom freezer. the same model with the freezer on top was on sale. i was very limited as to the size because it would only fit in the little nook that held the old fridge. looked around a little more an noticed if i had bb plus i would get a discount on that fridge, since the discount was a lot more than the membership, it was a no brainer. got the membership, got the fridge, case closed. you dont always get a discount on what you need but as you can see, by me, the discounts are out there just gotta get lucky,
