They had some good deals that came with the membership that made it worthwhile for me (Buy 2 get 1 Switch games, exclusive discounts, etc.); however, the membership promotions were not as exciting as time went on. If they brought back the B2G1, I’d resubscribe in a heartbeat!

At first I did not think this was a good idea. Now I feel different. If you make a lot of purchases at Best Buy, this is for you. That extended return window is great. This gives you more time to try out your purchases. There have been many times in the past that I have purchased an item and 3 weeks later, I realize it is not for me. It is too late to return it, now I have more time to decide if I will keep it or not.

We used it for a big purchase and it was very beneficial. I am hoping to get early access to items when the holidays are approaching.

I got this membership for a great price. This covers everything I bought. You special member deals first. If a price becomes lower of a product that you buy. You get the difference back on your card.

I’m moving all my big electronic purchases to Best Buy because of this membership. Great rewards and has already paid for itself with the savings on one computer purchase.

Not really sold on the value of this yet. Maybe I will be later, but I can't see any real value beyond my initial reason for purchasing this. (to extend the return window (scant 15 days) to return (the 2nd) a defective keyboard after a few days' illness prevented me from returning in a timely manner and went past the 15 day window. I look daily to see if the items that I am considering to purchase fall under the "Plus Membership deals"/discount pricing, but alas, the available items seem "limited"? I wish that I could be excited about this purchase, but at this juncture I feel as though the purchase should not have been "necessary" as the only option that allowed me to return a defective keyboard. I APPRECIATE that it was an option, I'm just not happy that it was the only option that management offered me and the membership has not "paid off" as of yet.

We shopped for a replacement watch that had all the bells and whistles necessary. We were so pleased with the sales person who was able to help and show us the best selection for our needs.

The ability to have 60 day returns on most items alone makes this membership worth it. But then the member only price cuts actually pays for the membership when you get those savings if you think about it. Solid.

Membership is great. You get emails on discounted items that are available for purchase at a discount. The 1st purchase discount I received when I bought this membership paid for it. Well worth it. I would highly recommend.

Good to avoid unnecessary fees, and in case you need to make a new decision. I like that I only have to pay one fee to get the majority of my money back in case I made the wrong choice for a product that just isn’t working for me or isn’t right for me at the moment. That’s why I got it because I wanted to test out my new camera. I found that there’s a different camera that works for my needs and now I have the comfort and knowing that I’ve done enough testing to realize I could just return this one without hassle without unnecessary stocking fees.

Cortney did and excellent job in assisting us in the purchase of our 2 TV’s. Both installation teams were very efficient and informative. David did a super job of finding a new TV for the cracked screen and still getting the unit installed the same day
