We’re in the process of redoing our kitchen, so we’ve purchased quite a few items at Best Buy. so we did purchase the Best Buy plus. We also purchased a new computer. There was not one in the store so the sales person went in another store and had chipped. Our home was a nice benefit.

I’m enjoying the membership as it affords me longer return and I’ve already received great offers for being a member.

I have had a great experience with this and have enjoyed it. Being a member provides me with a safety net on items i buy and is more than worth the money. I also suggest open box if you don't mind a ding here or there this will also save you money and the membership covers those roo.

Geek squad is great! They hung a new bracket for the new tv, set up everything and explained thoroughly how to work it.

This is the basic free plan that I have. It works for a basic plan to buy things every now and then from Best Buy. I do see the maximum offers being a better value if you buy more than $500 worth of electronics a quarter from Best Buy. The discounts offered for Plus members are competitive with other offers available like on Target or through Amazon, but if buying a premium plan for $59.99 to save $250 on a home theater system and the accessories and speakers, totally worth it.

Membership is an opportunity to receive not only offers and discounts, but also to be up to date on every new item in household things and technology.

Having the membership is very beneficial to have in todays time. With essentially all home appliances being sold @ best buy, the best buy plus card helps those with not paying for the item all at once. One can make mothly payments and the best part, with zero percent intrest. Also to add, with the geek squad present at bestbuy, you can purchase an additional warranty and if your item has problems, they will come to you and repair it. Best buy is A+ in the products they sell and repairing items if needed.

I got this plan. When I purchased a new washer and dryer. I got geek squad services. I also got my protection plan which was great price for the membership since I got that protection plan under the membership as well as the geek squad under the protection of the membership and so far I've had no problems with my washer and dryer and when I was purchasing it everyone was very friendly and help me out a lot and knowledge for what I need it to put up the new washer and dryer. I also got free delivery with the membership

It pays for itself! It paid with the 100 dollar next spend, it really paid when the price dropped on the TV I bought and I received a 215 dollar credit. Then it saved 50 on the second TV I bought. Nearly 400 in savings within 60 days of signing up.

I liked it when I got it for free with my PC and I got a discounted PC bag buy with it. I’ve taken advantage of the free Apple Music and TV. I don’t have a lot of things to buy so I’ve not used it beyond my original buy.

Worth the cost of the membership. Easy returns and exchanges and flexibility when wanting to test out technology without feeling trapped by a purchase. Especially with higher cost items. Just spend the $50 and buy it.

The membership is one of the best things I have ever done, My purchases from Best Buy are substantial, it's my favorite store. The organization within the store is superb and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The Geeks came out to my house I was left speechless. This television has a great picture for it’s size, easy to mount to the wall with little experience also very easy to lift, the lack of remote control responsiveness was surprising I expected much more, which prevents me from giving 5 stars but if you can live without a brand remote I highly recommend this television.

The salespeople are pushy ! I felt like I was in a used car dealership ! You’re basically forced into buying the membership. Don’t be fooled by the installation claims. The delivery people are great but basically plug in the appliance but do not install water or gas lines unless you have newer construction.

Was skeptical about a membership, but after hearing all the perks, it was a no brainer. The price matching alone is reason enough to become a member
