Decided to get the membership for extended return period. Perks aren’t the best but for $50 it’s worth getting for that return window and with the holidays coming up it might be worth it for the exclusive member price drops on items.

The Best Buy Plus membership made the holidays so incredibly easy and convenient. Will make sure to keep my membership active. I received many perks ,discounts, free shipping. Geek Squad took care of my iPhones screen savers, iPad screen savers , and by the way FREE.! I was even able to bundle coupons received . Couldn’t be happier with my membership!

i was very pleased with the expertise and help received from stuff on my purchase of a TV LG 65' z2 g4 and a sound bar. Victor help us made the decision on the product we also had best buy installed and we are very please with the result, the sound bar had a screen a little sticking up, we call and went to the store in Costa mesa and it was replaced and all is well.

I don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago,the perks are really worth it,free shipping on most items,it is a real game changer.

I should have did this a long time ago. You get some very good discounts and also the 2 months you have to return items is what makes this worth it. I actually got this membership while I was buying an iPad and the price of the membership and ipad came out cheaper then what I would have paid if I just bought the iPad so its worth it right there already. So there’s no way it’s to expensive and I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for the really helpful Best Buy employees at the Beaumont Texas store.

This membership ids real value. The 60 return window you cannot go wrong. On top of that you get member discounts on all items. Pair that with a Best Buy card you save even more.

Membership is a great way to save, you get member prices on items.

I really love plus. I had done a lower level membership in the past. With the extra time to return things and the fun perks. I’ve kept this membership up. But now that I have plus and get the two year warranty on all my products, it’s an absolute game changer!

I can return anything without a 60 day window or get it price matched within that, rather than the 30 day window for all purchases. I was able to get my new laptop for less than 50% of retail by price matching using this membership.

This membership is an excellent value plan for me and my family. I will use it more when the holidays come

It was easy to get an appointment at the Geek Squad for a computer repair. The person with whom I spoke made the appointment for an after work time and took copious notes on the issue I was having--including that I need my computer for work and could not leave it overnight. When I arrived they said I needed to leave it for several days, though I offered to stay and wait however long was needed--Oh no, I was told, there are so many others before you. I left with no help, having added time to a long workday with no reward. I understand others needing attention and taking my place in line. What I do not understand is being told something can happen if I can wait, arriving and being told that was not possible. That is not a responsible way to treat customers.

Becoming a Best Buy credit card holder was a great decision. I get very worthy deals and random gift certificates to use online and in-store. I even got this membership for free. You can’t go wrong with getting a Best Buy credit card.

I think My Best Buy Plus can be a good investment depending on person to person. I at first wasn't going to get it, but I realized, that in my opinion at least, that it's a pretty good deal for everything that comes with it. I like the benefits of being able to return products if needed or wanted and the deals are probably my favorite part. Although I haven't used it much yet and just became a member, I'm looking forward to the deals I'll take advantage of in the future.
