I recently purchased my Best Buy membership when I bought a new iPad last month. Haven’t used it yet, though it’s good to have peace of mind with Geek Squad support, and the other perks it offers.

Absolutely noting but good things to say about my experience buying a new phone at Best Buy! Great associate helped with my choice, pointed out what accessories I may want to add. The transfer of phone content seemed pretty effortless. I was truly appreciative when the associate asked if I needed help adding the new purchase to my car! Wonderful product and associates!

The rep was very kind helped us immediately especially during the black Friday weekend. We were in and out. Told him our dimensions and brands. Dimensions were perfect the cubic feet was smaller but worked out better since we are now less in the household. We are very happy of our Whirlpool selection. Love the water display in oz. Thank you Best Buy.

I just benefited from a price drop on my TV purchase, assuming the credit comes through. I'm hoping for other great deals in the upcoming months.

We had been having problems with a mobil phone hearing impaired app connection on a galaxy phone and purchased an iphone. The staff was very patient in changing over the old to new phone and pairing the hearing aids. Being older customers the option to come in with a scheduled app appealed to us.

So far, I have not availed myself of any advantages of this membership, since I purchased a whole house full of electronics at one time. That should change.

My Best Buy plus membership is an added piece of mind for any issues I might have with any of my purchases. The benefits provided by my membership far out weigh the cost paid.

Nice sturdy, solid stand for my 86 inch LG TV. This stand can be used in your home if you don’t have enough wall space or floor space in your home entertainment area.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

The cost is not bad for a year membership. It is worth it. The advantage of getting some money back if price of item changes. Able to return things and have more time to do so.

Was nice to get a kickback on a pc purchase, will keep an eye on its value.

I apriciate that the plus membership price was offset by sales making it an easy purchase. The rewards are just a plus.

This membership is worth the $50 for the extended returns. 15 days is really short, it is not enough time to risk buying products that you are not sure about. Then having to pay for more than 15 is not ideal but when you get 60days I do think it is essentially fair. Throw in some extra member deals and it is totally worth it. Mine was more than 'free' after the bonuses. So yah, go for it.
