This membership is a great Value, i love the fact that it has its own perks. Like getting back store credit, and just having a piece of mind on all my products.

It got me a pretty good discount on my laptop but I had to remember to cancel for the next year bc it will auto renew yearly.

It was my first time trying Best Buy plus member I really enjoy it. It benefits good.

It’s nice to have a heads up start on upcoming sales events, I recently viewed an item that I had previously purchased that was on sale at a lower price, I used the chat on the Best Buy Plus platform and was able to get a refund on the price difference, the chat person was pleasant easy to communicate with and quite helpful.

Member prices and the geek squad are great! My purchases are protected what more can I ask for!!

I like the 60 day feature that allows return or finding a lower price.

Its could be with it , but i think they need to add more reason for people to participate. If im comparing this to other subcriptions it doesnt hold a ton of wieght maybe on a few specific purchases. It might make up for your subscription how ever with what people expect for subscriptions. It doesnt yet make people say yes. I need this subscription. They would have to make it so that you felt going to another place would be silly and right now incetives havent gotten there with the type of service. I get why they started it but its just not quite lucritive enough yet. Im hoping by providing honest assessment it helps the stay competive and helpful to all fellow best buy customers.

This membership has already paid for it self a couple times over. I purchased a Sony XR77A9L tv for $4999.99 plus tax, a couple of weeks later they had a $500.00 price drop so I took my receipt to them and they created my credit card $500.00 plus tax. Great service.

This membership is good to have as it adds more satisfaction for the products you buy

Only renewed because they dropped the price. Have not really scored any savings with it yet.

I originally thought this was great but when I had to return an item that was on sale due to buying the wrong one I had to pay $30 extra for a product that was cheaper than the one I bought. I was pretty frustrated as you would think there would be a better system in place, especially if the inferior producer cost less than my product on sale. Unfortunately when I went back they were marked up the same. The Best Buy team and supervisor did not want to honor it. I had spent over 5k at that store a couple of months ago. After that my spending changed

I bought the Plus membership the same day I got the PS5. The reason why I bought it was for piece of mind, just in case something went wrong with the PS5. The Plus membership would give me several more weeks to return or exchange my product since I was buying it as a holiday gift for the family.

Definitely worth it! I just saved $250 on my purchase! If you have a big family this is a good way to save money for the holidays!

Due to the price matching within 90 days of your purchase, we were able to save over $900 when our television went on sale after we purchased it about six weeks earlier.

Love the availability of getting a lower price for items purchased if it/they go on sale.

I doubt that we’ll use it. I’m not sure that we’ll have a need for it.
