The membership is a fantastic value for any shopper at Best buy whether you shop regularly like me or just every now and then. The savings opportunities are amazing. Special prices for members. That's a fantastic quality to have in your membership. The extended return policy gives you the opportunity to experience your purchase without worrying about whether or not it fits in to your lifestyle. That's that's a huge opportunity that no one really offers. I have spent so much time talking to knowledgeable people that really understand where I'm coming from in store and in chat. Rather it's trying to figure out what fits inside my PC setup that was all brand new from the ground up purchased from Best Buy, or just talking about new exciting things coming to the tech world, or just the amazing culture that lives in my store, in Huntsville, Alabama, and I know many other stores, it's always a great experience. The ability to not have to worry about returning something if it goes down in price and just having the price match done online without having to go into the store. It is just a simplicity that isn't available at any retailers I can think of. This membership is really priceless.

I’m writing this review because the chances of me winning $400 gift card is 0.01% chance and I bet I didn’t win. Membership great yada yada I always shop at best buy, I love their return policy, lack of customer support sucks can’t find anyone to help you, apply to work and they won’t hire you. but hey can't win it all. Less people to work the more money best buy makes with selling.

It’s great and comes with really good promotions sometimes, totally worth the small price of 50 bucks a year for the ease and comfort

It was awesome! The guys were on time. They got right to business. They were knowledgeable and shared great information with me.

I got the membership with a promotional gift card for signing up. Without the promotion I would have never purchased the membership. I think that the typical 2 week return policy of this store is offensive compared to competitors and having to purchase a membership to increase the return window takes advantage of customers. I neeeever use Geek Squad, in my location its a disappointment but I am tech savvy and do computer builds and electronic stuff on my own. Furthermore, I am a member of another club that, for example, doubles the manufacturers warranty so for a notebook I get a two year warranty instead of just one. Why would I settle for 2 or 4 weeks? Absurd. Gave 5 stars since it didnt cost me money and I've saved $7 on a purchase so far. Maybe if you buy a lot of BB stuff and like GS its a win but hard for me to recommend based on my use. I do most of my purchases at BB via Deal of the Day and buy things I dont plan on returning.

I think this will be useful for me to test out products and if I don’t like I have mor flexibility to return items

They even assisted me in ordering products that weren’t available in this location and arranged to get them from another store. I’m also really enjoying the membership benefits — overall, an excellent experience!

Having this membership opens up several existing options for lengthening the time limit on returns, bigger discounts, early access to new products and services

It’s nice to know that when I buy something I have 60 days to make sure that product is actually for me, and I can return it with no issues if I decide I don’t like it.

I tried the My Best Buy Plus membership and honestly I feel kind of in between about it. It does have some good things like special prices and some deals, which is nice if you shop there a lot. But for me, I don’t always buy from Best Buy, so I didn’t really feel like I was saving that much. Sometimes the discounts are there, but not big enough to make a real difference. I think it can be worth it if you’re always buying electronics, but if you’re just an occasional shopper like me, it might not really be necessary.

If you shop at Best Buy often, you’ll make the cost back in no time and find yourself saving throughout the year. Add in the extended return and exchange times and this is a no brainer!

If you’re purchasing from BestBuy more than once a year, then you should definitely consider buying a yearly membership!! It more than pays for itself

so I tried this because I made a purchase of an X5 and some air pods just before Black Friday literally one or two days before I was flying out so I wouldn't have had time to come back during that time to purchase items I wanted luckily this covered me because the items prices dropped significantly like about $100 I'd recommend this product because whether you know it or not paying a subscription in the end usually comes out to be worth it and it's like insurance it gives you peace of mind

This membership allows you to buy an item and then use it for a while to really determine if it is something for you for really expensive purchase I believe it worth it

Useful at times, good when buying a lot, best feature, it extends the return window from 14 days to 30 days (a month).
