Have not had to use those made all the sense in the world and Best Buy is amazing

The discounts are the best part but you have to be able to justify the cost of the membership. Its like an amazon prime membership but best uy doesn't carry essential items like amazon so its harder to justify the paid memberships from Best Buy.

This membership is GREAT! Exclusive member prices, extended return periods, and ability to purchase warranties in addition to any from the manufacturer of the peoduct. I have been racking up reward certificates like crazy too. It's so easy and so fun....all these benefits are well worth the price paid for membership!

Your automated system SUCKS. Everything else is fantastic. The people, products and direct service are exemplary. As I said, your system sucks and makes one wonder if it’s worth the hassle. Look at Bank of America for a really good system.

I thought this was one more of the typical memberships, however the value was provided immediately. Great customer support, plus an incredible discount. I’m recommending this to my friends and family.

Just having the extended return time makes this absolutly worth it. Because price matching is only available during the return window. So having a bit longer incase something changes in price after the regular time is nice. Its saved me money on several occasions that more than paid for itself.

I’ve gotten some amazing deals and saved a good bit! Like, legit savings. Not one of those situations where an item has been “discounted” by a measly $5. I’m talking like $50 savings sometimes. So far it’s been worth the cost.

This member was super helpful in getting some great deals. I save a lot of money versus buying stuff without the membership. I would recommend this for sure if you plan on buyying big ticket items or looking for digital deals.

I’ve said this so many times but it bears repeating. Best Buy must have the best training program For new employees. Customer service is always excellent here. I’ve been buying a lot of computers and TVs and very expensive cameras and lenses through Best Buy for a long, long time, every sales person and everyone in geek squad has gone above and beyond.
