When I purchased my washer and dryer, obtaining the Best Buy Membership was an incentive.

I am really pleased with this membership. It saves a lot of money! I like the benefits associated with it to. It’s a no brainer to get this. Very happy I did!

Unfortunately, a dishonest sales clerk added this service after I told him that I didn’t want it. Customer loyalty is earned through trust, not sales representatives trying to meet quotas. This situation is truly unfortunate and affects everlasting. What would’ve been a positive experience; became an experience of betrayal and disappointment. Please do better.

I wasn't sure about it and decided to just go for it. The savings and deals that come with it are well worth it. so many times I find stuff that I am looking for that I already needed. Not just random stuff no one wants.

The BestBuy Plus membership is worth it. I am glad to know if a price drops, I get reimbursed for the difference. I also enjoy the extended return periods.

I had great service up until I ordered a skylight and paid $70 for one day shipping and didn’t get it until a week later. Don’t know if I could get that cost for shipping back.

Getting this membership just made sense when I was buying a scooter for my godson. I am enjoying paying it off on a monthly basis with no added interest.

This membership is invaluable. I make multiple purchases from Best Buy - they are my go to store - and that has paid for the membership many times over. Returns when necessary (rarely) are easy and customer support is knowledgeable and personable.

Went in to buy a tv, found the one I thought I wanted and two of your associates help explain everything to me about their tv. Came home with a bigger tv and the price was better. With the no interest for 2 years, I came home with my 75” tv. I’m so happy

There is great value in the yearly membership. When electronics break down, you make an appointment and get service. You only pay for additional equipment needed.

No problems so far. I am confused with the price I am being charged. I think it should be lower.
