Good value. Sales staff friendly, knowledgeable, patient & went out of their way to assist me on day of purchase. Geek Squad equally friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & patient.

Overall pretty happy with this. The option of extended returns has been very valuable in the past. Best Buy online customer service is not great. Much better experience in retail stores. Be aware, it does auto-renew annually.

The membership is so awesome. Imagine getting deals at unbelievable rates. I can't wait to tell my friends about it. You will never gonelse to purchase your household gadgets i assure you.

Everything was very simple and easy so having a Best Buy membership worked out for me for the subscription cost versus the amount of deals you can get for the subscription is wild. I’m happy with my Best Buy membership. I’m thinking to upgrade. I will definitely recommend this.

Free deals and savings wven after you gave bought the product

If you're needing the options to return for an extra 30 days, its not bad. Beyond that, I'm not really seeing a purpose. The "exclusive" member deals see to be anything but. Could just be me overlooking something but everything I've seen has been available to everybody. It's pretty much a service they hope you'll forget about in a year and get the auto renewal. For me, at least, its been pretty pointless. Do your research and save yourself the extra money.
