My membership is already protecting my purchase and was extremely useful when I had issues with my Motorola phone. Charlie on the Geek Squad was very helpful and excellent to work with me to get it taken care of and get me up and running with my new Edge phone. She was able to answer all of my questions and her professional skills made this a great day for me to enjoy my purchase. Couldn't have had it any better, She's the 'Best' in Best Buy. I recently had a great experience shopping at Best Buy. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, which made the process of finding exactly what I needed much easier. The store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate, with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the fair prices and good deals that were available. not bad. Gives you “priority support” according to manager and they value you more as a customer. Kinda bs. Probably wouldn’t recommend this unless you have money to throw. I did have a no questions return on a item 30 days post so that was nice

Easy and cheap to shop with good selection of items made christmas shopping easy.

We were at Best Buy to inquire and purchase a new TV. Once we chose what we wanted, we checked out the soundbars. Kind of pricey but were offered a substantial discount if we became BB members for a year that included other perks as well. Happy with everything so far.

Paid for itself after purchasing a tv then went on sale giving me $90 back in my pocket

My membership paid for itself from the moment I started it. It was a Best Buy employee who told me about it right before I purchased a new receiver. There was a membership discount on the receiver that was $200 more than the cost of membership. Since then, iI was able to recoupe $300 on a laptop due to a price drop a week after purchase, and then another $300 on a next generation OLED I had purchased for the same reason.

Great because I got a $100 store credit while only paying $50 for the benefits. Although it is renewed yearly, so far so good if you plan on buying big items like tv or appliances

I'm very glad that I chose Best Buy to purchase a sound system for my vehicle. It has been a very great experience. The Best Buy staff are 5 star rated, fully knowledgeable in every question I asked them, providing me with many options. The Best Buy team explained to me about membership and I'm glad I purchased that period it will pay for itself over again. Also the Geek Squad staff was absolutely the best with installing what I purchased and explaining how it all works! Thank you all!
