Yes, its a good subscription plan and company for buy electronics.

I walked in needing a laptop for school and work walked out with just that the Best Buy employee helped me a lot with explaining to me about all the different types of computers she had she recommended great ones and gave me the opportunity to pick for myself also helped me getting discounts with signing up for the membership who doesn’t love discounts I enjoyed my trip to Best Buy in Irving Texas definitely going back the holidays are here. !

Love the LG refrigerator and the setup delivery was excellent

I am not really certain of my benefits, thus the neutral rating. When I first opened it up I was expecting a lot more as was explained to me. As I utilized my card I found restrictions and the fact that upon return of one of my items, the monies were not refundable in cash, just in store credit. I said to the representatives that I do not like to pay over time but rather pay off my purchase within the first month. The credits I was supposed to receive seemed to be reduced from the original amount and that I had to wait more than 60 days to use them. I am not very happy with this program at this time.

Haven't used it yet, but I was able to return a purchase that was over 30 days..That was a plus..and now I get emails about special deals.

The value seems great but I did not use the benefits of the membership.

I look forward to using my membership, as I only purchased it about a month ago.

I've been a Best Buy rewards member for probably 20 years, I'm super annoyed it's no longer free. The discounts I've gotten so far have covered the fee, but I still don't like it's ANOTHER service to pay for.

We had the Best experience. The staff attended to us was very courteous and quick in providing services. She answered all our queries patiently and resolved the Tax exemption issue. We had purchased the Apple Macbook Pro M3, along with Office 365 family plan and were extremely satisfied with the purchase! The Macbook worked perfectly and was truly a bargain compared to prices we had seen in other retailers!

I like that there are specials for members. I also like the protections plans it offers on my purchases. The newsletter is also helpful.

At first, I thought it was very unnecessary to have a yearly subscription but find out it really works for me. The deals are great. I didn’t know it was gonna be some exclusives like that so I will recommend it to some other friends and customers. Thank you.

We are enjoying the Best Buy Plus membership benefits a lot. The reward certificates are real, and we bought two items using the certificates only. No restrictions! The best part is the price match feature within 60 days. We got $300 back from our TV purchase 15 days after the original purchase.

Great value to get the membership especially if you shop at Beat Buy more often than not.
