We have always purchased our appliances at Best Buy. We love the service, the sales and the ease of returning if we are not satisfied. Best Buy Plus gives us even more flexibility.

So far it has been nice, but I also am annoyed that I had to pay a fee to receive the best price available with free returns. I feel swindled. This is a service that used to be expected with loyalty to purchasing from companies that pledge to take care of their customers. Now these memberships are just telling their customers that they’ll only seemingly make a bad situation right IF and only if you pay the $50 membership. It’s just a money grab. I won’t be paying for this after this year. I only signed up for it because i believe the profit would decrease in price within 60 days of purchase. This used to be a given with good quality customer service, now you have to buy your way into a club, so it’s only for those who have the extra funds sitting around to afford it. If you can afford it, then you get no customer service and no backing. That’s a crap message to send to your typical customer who buy one big purchase per year.

I got this for the 2 month return period in case I was not satisfied with my laptop. Having the peace of mind that while I’m using it for these 2 months I can return it has eased my anxiety about buying an expensive product like a laptop. This also gave me 2 months of LinkedIn premium which was a great addition

Love having the chance to return my item 60 days after purchase date. Love that they price match after the purchase of needed.

I love the idea of paying $50 a year for potentially $50 or more in savings in items. I’m already buying I purchased a TV and if it goes on sale then I can recoup that savings at any time. Excellent idea love it highly recommend.

For just a yearly subscription, you can get extra savings on products you are already buying. And the biggest benefit that I see is the 60 day return policy

It pretty much pays for itself in the long run with the savings and offers you get.

Membership pays for itself, so why not. You get member discount deals often and you save more than the membership cost.

Would definitely recommend getting this membership if you are buying a expensive TV or some other expensive appliance as they often give you a discount or some kind of rebate when you sign up for this membership, which makes it totally worth it plus the 60 day price match benefit is absolutely priceless.

I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. You can always count on their great staff to help with any issue. I’ve used the Geek squad several times over the years. I am so happy I purchased this membership. I wish I had become a member years ago.

Its good. Price is lowest. Warranty 2 years with no cost. Extended warranty also reasonable price.
